The customer service and food quality is HORRIBLE. This used to be a good restaurant a few years ago. Now, they burn the food, the service is extra slow, and the staff is rude. I waited 30 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready, only to be given this embarrassing BURNT crap. Then the manager had the nerve to insist it wasn't burnt. She said it is how ALL the vegan pizzas look (as if I had never eaten a vegan pizza from there before.. that's all we get! Smh). To add insult to injury, I couldn't get issued a refund because I pre-purchased it online. Then, the manager and her employee sarcastically yelled, "Have a good night," and laughed when I left without my pizza. If my 8 year old daughter wasn't with me, I would've gone back in and let them know what I thought about them.

I absolutely love & pizza! The line wasn't long and we were in and out. Fast friendly food! That just about sums up the experience As always.* I am not from the area, but I make it my business to visit a location when I come to Baltimore The Charles st is my favorite. I usually add on extra toppings as well. (Which has never been a problem.) I will continue to come back!

I was able to go right up to the counter and order because there was no line. I ordered garlic knots. 10 minutes later, I returned to the counter to inquire on the status of the garlic knots. The employee was extremely curt and told me that the garlic knots had gotten "stuck" in the oven and that they had to be remade. I sat down and waited for another 20 minutes. I went to the counter again, and the employee pulled the garlic knots out of the warmer. I do not know how long they had been done for because he did not give me any indiction of them being done at the time that he finished them.

Shortly after I ordered, while the fist batch of garlic knots were in the oven, a group of young people came in and started yelling and being generally rowdy. At one point, one of them pointed out that the second batch of garlic knots which the employee had prepared were burnt as well. I assumed that the employee would make a third batch, which is why I waited for as long as I did before coming back up to the counter. .

Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the garlic knots were burnt. I assume that once the second batch of garlic knots came out burnt, the employee gave up and gave them to me anyway.

In the end, I waited for a very long time for garlic knots which turned out to be burnt. To add insult to injury, I had to wait in a very loud and extremely smelly environment.

Personally this location need better workers ! The staff energy was horrible rude with greeting customers , far as instruction they sent me a whole wrong pie! Plus had items I’m allergic to on it , I was sent an email stating they would send me a link for a free pie since I had the pizza delivered and yet to get that feee pie link and no one responds now to the email this is poor service and false advertising

I will never patronize this place again.. so sincethey added the kiosks nobody's available to talk to even tho they are literally standing right in your face. I ordered a pizza I was watching the guy make it he didn't hardly put any cheese I asked if he could put a lil more I was told no I shoulda paid for extra cheese on the kiosks and its no way to add it to the order. So I walked out tried to call BUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO TALK TO ON THE PHONE HOW SWAY? AFTER YOU TAKE MY MONEY OH ITS NO WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.... IF your smart don't go to this place EVER unless you like getting Ripped off and the Staff are rude as anything but what was I expecting based on how the staff looks I should have known this would be a disaster

I got here and they hadn't even started on my order. An order before mine has been burnt crispy. The place is poorly staffed during a busy time. Advice: if you have to order from here, just show up and order at the counter rather than ordering online and hoping for the best. I am finally watching them assemble my pizza half an hour after i was supposed to pick it up. Follow-up: the pizza is not bad.

Me and my spouse have been here twice together. I love &Pizza and on this day particularly was no different. The ladies were very great and I enjoyed my visit. Best of all my Maverick (the pizza) was delicious and their white pie is also delicious.

NEVER SETTLE

My family and myself ordered pizza every Friday night from here. Lately the service sucks, management unprofessional. All corporate has to do is look at the recording camera and see how things are being done. The pizza is always burnt and I asked for another one and they made it behind the oven where I could not see them and it was cold, so after waiting so long for the first one I was totally disappointed . I gave it to the birds when I got home. Very expensive for sorry service we all know what they did to the second one ? I’m done ✅
