I deliver to this plaza in a semi so I checked out. Unfortunately I forgot my phone to take pictures. I thought this was really neat place they have a great atmosphere for eating and relaxing. They have a beautiful bakery displaying lots of baked goods and bagels.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a tomato soup. I thought it was very tasty. I would definitely return here to eat.

When is this place going to get their act together. I used the kiosk and it was inaccurate about needing to get a buzzard, and then it was also inaccurate about where to get your cup for your drink, and so now I have to wait for my drink when I just wanted to get it because I'm thirsty. so I helped myself to a cup and now they move the cups around to where you can't get to it. Really, each time I come in here they're either backed up or it's a whole new approach to ordering food. It just shouldn't be this hard.

My boyfriend just picked up our order. I had a cinnamon crunch bagel and he asked for the cream cheese to be on the side. I open the bag and my bagel is literally thrown in the bag NOT WRAPPED with napkins stuck to it!! Who does that?! If they are putting together your food like that, they don’t care which means they don’t handle your food with safety either! Can’t even eat it wondering what they did to it. NEVER GOING TO THIS EAST GREENWICH PANERA AGAIN! Disgusting!

I have mixed feelings about it lol
It seems like a great place to work on a laptop. Comfortable chairs etc but you would need to be pre-charged. There aren’t many outlets. There were only a couple and they were taken.
So I don’t think I’ve ever been to like a real Panera before? I went to one before but it wasn’t set up like this? You order a drink and they just give you a cup and you do it yourself. Lol. The black iced coffee tastes like super metallic tap water coffee. Odd and expensive. I do like that I get to make everything myself how I want it and I like the option to get refills (I don’t know if I’m actually supposed to but no one stopped me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
I tried a bit of the charged lemonade because I had seen a lot of people talking about it on Twitter and it IS good (and extremely sweet and insanely caffeinated for those who don’t know, like more than espresso)
Obviously a ton of parking because it’s in a strip mall and plenty of comfortable seats inside.

The staff is oblivious. One had her earbuds in. The kid making sandwiches was BLARING his personal music so the entire dining room was forced to listen. I believe it was called screaming music. You should have seen how quickly people left. Not a good experience.

Ladies and gentlethems I am a survivor. My first time at Panera was around 10 years ago and I remember the experience quite lukewarmly. It wasn’t the best, but it also wasn’t bad. I tell you this because I walked into this store with few expectations, neither good nor bad. Let me tell you that this has been one of the strangest fast food experiences of my life and not in a good way. I ordered a regular hot coffee and a large Mac and Cheese and what I got was thoroughly underwhelming. First of all they were out of hot coffee so I spend my time loitering around the fountain drinks filling and refilling my cup to make up for the $4 I spent on disappointment. As I waited for my Mac and Cheese to come out my stomach was already twisted in knots. I felt it turn over when the food arrived. Encrusted on the edge of my under portioned mac and cheese was something that resembled dried pea soup. Or perhaps a booger. But this was nothing compared to the war zone we witnessed when trying to find a seat. This place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Trash and food debris were scattered everywhere. It truly was… disturbing. Perhaps I’ll give Panera another go in the next decade.

Giving this a 2.5 because I feel like the quality has gone down, the people working the register seem annoyed that you aren’t using the automated ordering method, and the prices are so out of control. I couldn’t believe I spent almost $50 for me and my son to get “dinner”. I’m done going here anymore.

Does this look like a wrap? It is barely folded. It doesn't help a customer for takeout to get this poorly made pile of food to try to eat it on the go.
Please train your people how to do a good job at making your simple items.
