We visited the cafe to open a savings account. Christian promptly offered to help us. After discussing what we intended to do , there were a few obstacles, and we started to get disappointed. However, Christian took the initiative, made some inquiries , and proceeded to come up with several solutions and suggestions! He was most patient, cheerful, and helpful! Even though we COULD have done everything on our own, it was quicker and much more pleasant. Also way less stressful! I would seek Christian out in the future for any needs I have at Capital One!! Thank you Christian for all of your professional assistance!!

This was my 2nd time at this cafe - the first time, I went in mainly for the wifi; today, I was looking for a specific product and they didn’t have it, oh well. I was about to leave but one of the employees noticed my tote bag and struck up a conversation with me, and he was such a delight to talk to! I wanted to compliment the kind and friendly staff here, they really made my day.

Spent most of the morning in Santa Monica, found this café on our way back heading to the train station. I needed to use the restroom and this was the perfect spot. The restrooms were clean and if you happen to have a capital one card all drinks and pastries at Peets coffee is 50%off what a deal. I wish their was a capital one café closer to Burbank or Inland empire. The staff was super friendly and I would consider stopping by again.

I’m so glad there is a capital one cafe in the neighborhood! The first time I went I was pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee is. Been about a dozen times since then and always a pleasant experience—plus cheapest iced latte in town if you’re a cardholder!

You even pointed out the tap was broken after the fact so why the hell you offering me a nitro coffee on the first place then? And to aggravate it and insult my intellect you claim the cold brew is a nitro infused, do I look that stupid to you? I am a regular at Verve…. Smh

I came in the other day needing help with a complicated withdrawal and while the folks actually in the cafe couldn’t do much for my situation, they called a representative for me to help sort out the situation. Ian was especially kind during the whole ordeal!
The only thing I will say that makes me chuckle a bit is that as a capital one cafe there are ATMs everywhere (3 or 4 in total), but they don’t accept cash payment

It is a Peet's with a bank. It is a fun place to watch the tourism out the window. I spent a lot of time here on my Presidents' Day 2019 trip using the WiFi to save pictures from my phone to the cloud, using outlets to charge my phone and battery backup, and took advantage of the clean restroom. Because I stayed in the Ambrose Hotel (20th and Arizona Streets), this was basically my phone station. But also, I sure did drink a lot of coffee and had plenty of snacks. I just retro-added everything that followed the "watching tourism out the window" in August 2020" as a way of saying thank you for accommodating me as I now reflect. I sure hope I can have another Santa Monica trip like that again.?(from San Francisco).
