Have stayed here twice the past few months, last time for the Colorado/KU game across the street at Arrowhead. Got there early, got checked-in, saved $50-60 on stadium parking, and had a great room on the top floor facing the stadiums. Breakfast was excellent, enjoyed a couple plates of French toast and some eggs. Front-desk staff was awesome! Wish I’d remembered her name, older black lady she was super-nice and helpful as was her coworker the morning I checked out.

My rooms both times were clean, quiet, and there’s a Taco Bell adjacent to the property if you don’t feel like driving to get food or paying for a delivery.

I’d gladly stay here next time in KC again, been extremely happy both times.

UPDATE: We contacted Best Western directly about the issue. They agreed to give us a $40 refund of our over $500 total. Not really a sufficient amount for such a large inconvenience. We will rethink our choices of places to stay next time we travel to KC.

The location is perfect if you are attending an event at the stadiums. Easy to walk to avoid having to park/uber. This is the second time we’ve stayed here this year. Both times we had issues with the toilet in our room. Previous time we fixed it on our own no issue. This time the tank overflowed and we called the front desk and they said someone would be right up. Nobody came. We didn’t end up calling again because we had a busy itinerary and didn’t want to sit around waiting for maintenance. Overall we've always had a good enough experience here. Just unfortunate when you’re paying $200+ per night and have to go to the lobby if you need to use the bathroom.

The room was small but nice overall, their restaurant was absolute DOG. We waited 2 hours for some mid wings that were mainly drums, which everyone knows flats are superior. We had to wait probably 30 min for pillows but the staff overall was friendly. I’d only suggest staying here because it’s conveniently close to arrowhead

I booked a room to attend a Chief's game at Arrowhead and the hotel was across the street with a view of the stadium that I had requested. All front desk staff were upbeat and helpful. The continental breakfast was a great way to start a day. Room was the perfect size for one person. Could have been just a little cleaner was a little dusty on the vents of the a/c heating unit otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will book a room here again on my next trip

Had a 3 night stay, and I called twice to make SURE the restaurant would be open. I was assured twice, once by the Best Western 800 number and the hotel itself (front desk). Well guess what, every night the restaurant was closed. Front desk girl during the day made fun of it. Cost me much more $$ to go to dinner or order in. TV channel selection is horrible unless you want sports or Trump news 24 hours a day. Desk chair was broken, did not get the walk in tub, Room was nice but everything else tarnished my visit. Called twice for the MGR... Nothing. Breakfast was just OK the first morning, got better after that.

My son had a deeply unsettling experience at here that I would not wish on anyone. During his stay this weekend (11/9/24), his room was broken into, and a set of car keys was stolen. Those keys were then used to steal his vehicle right from the hotel’s premises. This situation was handled poorly by both the hotel staff and the management.
First, the response from the front desk was apathetic, offering little assistance or empathy. When he was finally able to speak to Omar the manager, he was shocked by the dismissive response he received. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any sympathy, Omar the manager questioned whether he might have "dropped his keys" and said, “What do we have to do with this?” as if the theft wasn’t the hotel’s problem whatsoever. Given that this occurred on their property and with what appeared to be access by someone within the building, this attitude was both alarming and unprofessional.
Adding to the frustration, the police took over 12 hours to arrive and take a report, leaving him feeling stranded and unsupported. The complete lack of responsibility and accountability from Best Western made an already distressing experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety, security, and compassionate customer service. This is simply unacceptable and needs immediate attention and response from someone who values customers and their safety!

Rooms, spacious and clean.

Pool, spot on!

Breakfast.. like NO other hotel we've had to date! Full breakfast buffet style, plenty of seating.

Super clean area and Staff, sorry I didn't ask you name beauty... Keep doing what you're doing 🫂
