Stay at this motel for like 4 months and elevator still not working please try fixing. Minus the bedbugs and busted water pipe that flooded my whole room and belongings and in 2 different rooms and they refused to give me at least one night free after! Apparently I have to be here due to my job but please do better, We ate people too if it were your elderly grandma would you want he to be treated right BBB NEXT! Forget your apology that don't make up for my damages and my bedbug bites!!

Rooms are terribly maintained, and the bed is placed on a creaky metal frame. Bathtub is gross, and the rubber floor trim isn’t attached to the walls completely. Also, the smoke detector was hanging from the wall by a cable. To top it all off, the lobby was rank with weed and the upper floors smelled intensely of smoke.

Worst customer service I have ever received… I was attempting to book a walk-in reservation, which was going to charge me $10 more in person than it was online and I was told that was for taxes as a member. I go outside book online and come back in and the girl was just a snotty the second time as she was the first time and tried to charge me $25 additional And this time it was an early check policy that she couldn’t show me nor did she mention that when I was speaking to her previously. She also proceeded to roll her eyes And speak about me to another gentleman as I was leaving. Didn’t catch her name but short with long dark hair and glasses. Reservation cancelled! DO NOT RECOMMEND based off of the initial encounter alone! I’ve been in resort management for 15 years and never encountered that!

If you enjoy dirty rooms, the smell of years of stale cigarette smoke, casual chats with meth heads or getting raided by a SWAT team at 6AM then the Enoco Lodge is for you!

2 towels and 3 pillows for a 4 person room, luckily the only saving grace was the kind lady who gave us 2 extra towels, however she informed us that they had no extra pillows, this probably validates that zero cleaning of bedding takes place.

Fire exits are constantly open and if they are closed you get followed in by homeless people attempting to get a room at this luxury establishment.

I can take the smell, general dirtiness, roaches and a SWAT team raid, however the final straw was the vending machine stealing my $1 bill when trying to grab a bottle of water.

Overall, fun experience, heightened the senses and the adrenaline rushes gained from near death experiences were an unexpected, added bonus.

Picture shown updated but when we came its huge difference. Not a carpeted room. Our room was 241 but the sink stockup we transfered other room to 142 the toilet stockup. And the room above us so noisy we couldnt sleep need to call frontdesk to inform.

Positive: Location, and how clean it was Negative: I?ve stayed there a total of 3 nights..$150 deposit for a platinum member who?s not had to pay it before. And the fear of not getting into my room at 11:30 at night..

I pulled up to the lodge, and several police cruisers were onsight. I wondered aloud if this location was safe. One of the officers heard me and flat out said, "NO." And suggested accommodations that he deemed safer and mentioned this was there 3 trip to the lodge in 2 hours.
